k. Without regard to representations or warranties, Pixtudio has the permission (but is not bound), at Pixtudio’s sole discretion (I) to prohibit or remove material that, at Pixtudio’s sole discretion, violates any Pixstudio policy or is dangerous or questionable, or (II) ) terminate or deny access to the page from any person or entity from anywhere and at Pixstudio’s sole discretion. 3. Payment and Renewal.

16. Limitation of Liability. 17. General Representation and Warranty. You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Site will strictly comply with Pixstudio’s Privacy Policy in this Agreement and all laws and regulations (including, without limitation, any laws or local regulations in your country, city or other administrative area relating to online conduct or acceptable material and includes any transfer of technical information from the United States or the country in which it is located) (ii) and that the use of the site does not violate or take advantage of the rights of use of third parties.
18. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold Pixstudio’s subcontractors and licensors and their directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from all claims and damages, including attorney’s fees, arising out of your use of the Site, including but not limited to your violation of the terms of this Agreement.
19. General. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Pixstudio with respect to its subject matter, and may be modified only by a written amendment signed by an authorized representative of Pixstudio or by a revised version posted by Pixstudio. As an exception to applicable law, if any, this agreement, use of and access to the website are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its choice of law provisions, and the proper place for settling all disputes is the Finnish district courts. With the exception of claims for injunctive relief or reasonable compensation or claims dealing with copyright (which may be filed in any court of competent jurisdiction, without bail), all disputes arising from the contract must be settled in the Arbitration Procedure of the court and mediation in the service by three arbitrators indicated by them.
